Your Birthday Deserves
a Room That Rises to It.

The Space

Not a venue.
An atmosphere.

We gutted a 1920s cold-storage warehouse and kept only what was beautiful — the brick, the bones, the height. Everything else was rebuilt for one purpose: to make your birthday feel like the opening scene of a film you'll be talking about in ten years.

No banquet chairs. No DJ booth tucked behind a curtain. No fluorescent anything. The candles are already lit when your first guest walks in.

Draped Ceilings

Billowing ivory fabric softening the warehouse bones

Dimmable Edison Strings

Warm filament light tuned to the exact mood of your night

Up to 180 Guests

Intimate dinners of 40 or full buyouts for your whole world

West Loop, Chicago

Walkable from the L, valet available, loading dock for florals

Who We're For

Three different people.
The same uncompromising instinct.

Two people planning a birthday party together at a table, laptop open, notes scattered, warm light
The Planner-Spouse

"Not another hotel conference room."

You've been Googling for two weeks. You know exactly what you don't want. You need a space that feels like a decision, not a compromise — and you need it to look as good in the photos as it does in your head.

A teenager surrounded by friends at a celebration, colorful balloons, laughing, phones out taking photos
The Sweet Sixteen

"Instagram-worthy. Not tacky."

The photo wall. The neon sign. The moment she walks in and her hand goes to her mouth. You want all of it, done with taste — not a party-supply-store aesthetic blown up to warehouse scale.

A person alone at a beautifully set table, champagne in hand, thoughtful expression, warm candlelight
The Self-Booked Milestone

"Nobody else will get it right."

You're turning 40, or 50, or 30 in a way that actually matters. You have a vision. You don't want to explain it three times and end up with something generic. You want someone who already understands.

What They Said After

The Reviews That Keep Coming Back

"I've been to a hundred birthday parties. I've hosted a dozen. Nothing has ever looked like this. The candles, the draping, the way the light hits everything — I keep seeing it in my head. We didn't just have a party. We had a night."
Dominique Reyes, a woman with warm brown skin and dark curly hair, smiling

"I wanted Instagram-worthy but not tacky. That's the hardest brief to fill and they nailed it completely. My daughter cried when she walked in. The photo wall, the sparklers, the cake — every single detail. She's been showing the photos to everyone."
Sandra Kowalski, a woman with light skin and shoulder-length blonde hair, warm smile

Sweet Sixteen · June 2025

"I booked my own 40th because I knew nobody else would get it exactly right. The venue team understood what I was trying to create before I even finished explaining. I didn't have to compromise a single thing. That almost never happens."
James Okonkwo, a man with dark skin and close-cropped hair, confident expression
